Jitsumi Software Licence Agreement
Licence terms governing use of software developed by Theey Store Pte. Ltd. and made available under the Jitsumi name.
Scope and acceptance
In this agreement, Jitsumi Software means any software product developed by Theey Store Pte. Ltd. and made available under the Jitsumi name, including Jitsumi Booster. Software means each such product, including its bundled components and updates. Licensed Materials means the Software and the accompanying materials supplied with it.
This agreement governs your use of all Jitsumi Software. Please read it carefully before using the Software. By using the Software, you agree to these conditions.
1. Supply of the Software
The Software is supplied “as is.” Theey Store Pte. Ltd. assumes no liability for direct or consequential damages that may result from your use of the Software.
2. Restrictions
You must not:
- (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
- (b) otherwise attempt to obtain or derive the Software’s source code or any algorithms it contains;
- (c) attempt to disable any security device or code incorporated in the Software;
- (d) modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Licensed Materials, or any part of them;
- (e) distribute or transfer the Licensed Materials to another person;
- (f) use or distribute the Software for commercial purposes, or demonstrate it publicly; or
- (g) separate any component of the Software for use on more than one computer, or use any component separately from the other parts.
3. Third-party components
The Software may include licensed third-party utilities, core libraries, and user-interface libraries. These components are copyrighted materials of their respective authors. You must not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer these components, or use them in your own products without the relevant author’s permission.
4. Ownership and notices
Except for the express, limited licences granted under this agreement, Theey Store Pte. Ltd. and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Licensed Materials, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual-property rights in or relating to the Licensed Materials.
You must not alter, remove, or obscure any printed or displayed legal notices contained in or on copies of the Software. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual-property laws and treaties.
5. General terms
If any provision of this agreement is inconsistent with applicable law or cannot be fully enforced under applicable law, that provision will be limited as necessary to make it consistent with and enforceable under that law.
This agreement is the final, complete, and exclusive agreement between the parties concerning its subject matter, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written understandings and agreements concerning that subject matter. It may be modified only in writing.
You agree not to ship, transfer, or export the Software to any country or individual prohibited by applicable export laws, restrictions, or regulations.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically disclaimed.
