Jitsumi
Privacy policy
How Jitsumi handles website information, contact requests, optional analytics, performance measurement, and privacy requests.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This notice explains how Theey Store Pte. Ltd. (“Jitsumi,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information when you visit jitsumi.com, contact us, or sign in to the website’s restricted administration area. It covers this website. Linked storefronts and third-party services have their own privacy notices.
Information we handle
- Contact requests: The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic, and message so we can respond. These details are stored in the site’s EmDash CMS. The contact record does not include your IP address or analytics identifiers. Please do not send passwords, payment details, licence keys, or other sensitive information.
- Administration accounts: The administration area is for authorised site users; the website does not offer public account registration. When an authorised user signs in with Google, the authentication service processes account information needed to verify and link access, such as the Google account identifier, name, email address, profile image URL, and email-verification status. We use this information to administer site access, not for website analytics or advertising.
- Technical request data: Cloudflare and the site’s hosting or infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested page, referrer, and request time to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. This information is not added to contact-message records.
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile is used on contact submissions and Google sign-in to help detect automated requests. The widget sends technical signals to Cloudflare for bot detection. Our server sends the short-lived response token to Cloudflare’s Siteverify service for validation; we do not store the token with a contact message.
- Performance measurement: Cloudflare Web Analytics Real User Monitoring (RUM) measures page-load performance, including Core Web Vitals. Depending on browser support, the beacon can also send the page URL, referrer, and a generated page-load identifier. RUM runs separately from the cookie choices and remains enabled if you reject optional cookies. Cloudflare says this service does not use or access browser cookies or storage.
- Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after you allow “Analytics and Clarity” in Cookie settings. They help us understand site use; Clarity may record page interactions. The contact form is marked for Clarity masking, and Microsoft says input fields and drop-down menus are masked by default.
How we use information
We use information to answer contact requests, operate and secure the website and its administration area, prevent automated abuse, and understand website performance and use. We do not use contact messages for advertising. This website does not provide checkout or collect payment-card details. If you follow a link to Steam or another storefront, that service handles its own accounts and transactions.
Service providers and other sites
We use Cloudflare for website delivery, security, Turnstile, and RUM; Google for authorised administrator sign-in and optional Analytics; and Microsoft for optional Clarity. Review their privacy notices , Turnstile Privacy Addendum , Google Privacy Policy , Google API Services User Data Policy , and Microsoft Privacy Statement .
This site links to Steam. Steam handles its own account, download, and purchase information under its Privacy Policy . These providers may process information outside Singapore. Where applicable, we take steps required by law to protect information transferred for processing.
We do not currently use advertising tags on this website.
Retention
Contact messages are automatically deleted from the active CMS after the period configured by the site administrator. The default is 90 days; the setting can be changed from 30 to 365 days, and an administrator may delete a message sooner. A deleted message may remain in a backup until that backup is rotated or expires under its own schedule.
Information used to administer site access is kept while that access is needed and may be retained longer where required for security or legal reasons. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity handle data under their own settings and retention policies.
Your choices and requests
Use Cookie settings to reject optional analytics or change your saved choice. Cloudflare RUM is separate and is not switched off by that control. See our Cookie Policy for browser storage and consent details.
You can contact us to ask for access to or correction of personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Applicable law may affect how a request is handled, and we may retain information where required or permitted by law. Use our contact form or email [email protected] .
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No website or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
